What we collect

You may give us your name, work email, company, phone, shop and programme choices, brief notes, NDA details, and payment or invoice details.

Our systems also record technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages and steps viewed, referring site, date and time, and a first-party session so you can leave and come back to the same brief.

Why we use an IP address

We use IP address as part of running the Demo Store, not for advertising. That includes matching a card return from Stripe to the right session, reducing fraud and duplicate checkouts, tying an invoice or free-demo confirmation to the same visit, and counting unique visitors and page use on the admin dashboard. We do not sell IP addresses or use them to profile you for marketing.

Why we use the rest

To build and deliver the demo you asked for, take payment or raise an invoice, email a one-time invoice code, send staff alerts, answer Contact us, keep security logs, and meet accounting and legal duties.

Who else sees it

Card payments are taken by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Email and hosting providers process messages and the site. Staff at FullWorks see requests, briefs and payments in admin. We only share further if the law requires it.

Cookies and similar

This site uses first-party storage so the wizard, login and payment confirmation work. Stripe may set its own cookies on checkout. We do not use advertising cookies on this Demo Store.

How long we keep it

Demo briefs, payments and contact messages are kept while we set up and support the store, then for as long as we must for tax, security and dispute records. Analytics counts can be reset in admin; that does not delete a paid order.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. Simply Contact us.

This service is for businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 18.
